Completed in Germany in 2024, this 161 m² project provided an ISO 7 clean environment for automotive component operations. The client required the clean space to fit an overseas site and its equipment layout, so the enclosure had to be coordinated with the building conditions rather than treated as a standalone box. The SAC modular cleanroom was assembled on site using a wall-and-ceiling package. Its scope also covered HVAC and filtration, lighting, electrical systems, automation, monitoring, commissioning, and validation. In this form of cleanroom construction, each cleanroom partition wall helps define the controlled area while service connections are planned around the operational footprint. The recorded delivery period was two months. The case demonstrates the use of a compact, site-assembled solution for an industrial application outside pharmaceuticals.
